> Seven shepherds huts accommodation with 15 individual beds, sleeps up to 22 guests for overnight stays.
> Access to one shepherds hut for bridal beautifying if choosing a day only option.
> Guest access from 12pm on your wedding day. All guests and couple to depart by 12pm on leaving day. Day guests to depart by 11pm.
> Access for suppliers to set up one day ahead of the wedding and collection by midday following the wedding.
> Wood for fire pit and woodburning stoves.
> Use of all glamping facilities, compost toilets, hot showers, zip wire, cooking facilities.
> Parking for up to 10 cars on an off site location.
STAFF SUPPORT
> Event manager to provide event support.
> Manage supplier access.
> Assist with guest arrivals and departures.
DECOR & DINING
> Woodland Ceremony Circle or The Bales indoor ceremony set up.
> Wedding decor inc. 100ms white lace bunting, candle lanterns, glass tea lights, hanging
solar lanterns & fairy lights, portable bluetooth speaker.
> Rustic outdoor tables and benches or indoor dining tables set up with vintage table cloths.
> Wedding tableware: Wooden slice cake stand and cake knife, hurricane lanterns, candelabras & candles, water & wine goblet glasses, flutes, water bottles, glass water dispenser, vintage tea cups & saucers.
